We found the atmosphere to be completely relaxing and secluded. There is also the opportunity to keep busy if choose, with activities like hiking, swimming, games, DVDs, internet access etc. All readily available. We thought these were a great idea. All of the meals were first rate and absolutely delicious. Thank you very much for welcoming us to your slice of paradise.

We would love to return, we had such a lovely, relaxing time and felt pampered; [the ambience, the tranquility, our bungalow, the French champagne + chocolates on arrival. it was our Honeymoon] but since we have 3 children, are unlikely to return. Having said that, one of the things we enjoyed so much is that, having made the effort to be childless, the retreat was also childless.

Impressed by everything. Having been in hospitality industry, it`s great to know that there is an accommodation like this in Australia. It s so special to have privacy right in the middle of the rainforest, but far from inconvenience as we had everything we need during our stay. Design of unit is just amazing, gave us an idea to have house in the future. Lovely selection of amenities - lemon myrtle soaps, fluffy bathrobes and comfortable couch and bed. Just loved the sound of water from the creek & bird song!

Our stay was all we had hoped for – beautiful setting, quiet solitude, great service, excellent accommodations, good food [loved the breakfast hamper], activities to suit our needs… just a really great experience. A special note about the Creekside Spa Bungalow…Perfect! The special touches were amazing – hot tub, music in all rooms great deck, excellent climate control, well equipped kitchen, good coffee.

This retreat beats Bedarra Island! We have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay - from Bronny's attention & help choosing which cabin to book to Fiona's relaxed, professional & attentive check-in process. We were very impressed with details such as plunger coffee, towel warmer, DVD selection, plush bathrobes, eye masks & slippers, candles, bath salts & of course the choccies and wine were also a treat. It is such a pleasant change to have such quality amenties throughout. We really loved the delish gourmet meals and options to self cater. We preferred the gas fire to the wood. The tranquil rainforest and wonderful service topped a fantasic weekend, we will be back!

Thankyou for such an incredible time! Our Glass Terrace Bungalow blew us away. The views from our bedroom/lounge and bathroom were nothing short of spectacular. We certainly got the chance to relax and unwind in tranquility and privacy, something that we really needed. For the first time in my life, I actually read a magazine and some of a book (on a holiday) and I actually really enjoyed it and really wished that we could have stayed longer. Crystal Creek, where do I start, the whole experience was better than I could of dreamed of. Our Glass Terrace Bungalow was beautiful and our surroundings breathtaking, and the hospitality A class. You can do as much or little as you want. This was truly a relaxing holiday with nothing but the wildlife to listen to as you lay back in your chair with a glass of good wine. We loved every second and cannot wait to come back. Thank You so much for our experience in this little piece of heaven.

We stayed in Pandorea which offered us everything we could have asked for. Well decked out kitchen & BBQ on the deck. Beautifully comfortable bed, soft towelling robes and an unbelievable view of the rainforest from the spa. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The complimentary bottle of Pinor Noir was enjoyed with a cheese platter. [nice touch] All this and a cooked seafood platter to celebrate our 25th wedding aniversary. We will be telling all our friends of this little piece of paradise. We are truly refreshed after our stay.
